My Favorite Things 2022

Hey loves. 2022 is coming to an end. There have been good, bad, and the ugly. I love to go back and look at the good things from the previous year and my favorites. From my favorite memories, amazon purchases, books, and more. Be sure to check out That's a wrap towards the bottom of todays post.

Memories

So many memories with photos of things that we did this past year. From adventures in our new to us house with new friends, family outings, cute things the kids did, growing as a person... Here are a few of them:

Ella played a season of basketball and soccer. She is now learning the trumpet and in choir. She joined service and art club.

We took Ella to her first Ohio State Girls Basketball game. It was a lot of fun and some much needed Ella time.

Ella got to see her first concert with her aunt.

There have been a lot of house projects going on and the kids have helped where they can. From taking the railing off the porch, cutting down trees, redoing the 1/2 bath, finishing our mud room/laundry room, and starting demo on our basement.

My kids are loving charcuterie board lunches. It is something special we have done on days off school and random days in the summer.

Austin has been trying out all the sports too. He played basketball, football, t-ball, soccer, and basketball again.

We had such a fun family vacation to South Carolina and stopping at the farm on the drive home.

Went and watched fireworks in the middle of July since the ick went around our house over the holiday

All the deer and their babies. Yes I had to buy a deer feeder.

I stopped out of my comfort zone and drove down to Columbus for Super Saturday where I met my coach Amy who has mentored and inspired me so much in the past two years and did an amazing workout with her.

That's a wrap on 2022. I'm so excited to see what 2023 has in store. From more home projects, new adventures, lots of family fun, and so much more.

Thanks so much for being here with me It means so much to me that you take the time to read my blog, leave comments, and connect. Some of you have been around since the beginning, 13 years ago from being a newlywed, struggling with infertility, a divorce, new relationship, two more kids, and so much more. I am so grateful that you take your valuable time to visit my little online space and my family. Again thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

In the mean time I am taking next week off. I am slowing down, taking a mini break, and going to savor the little moments. From celebrating Christmas with my family, more family in town from out of state, New Years, and just being present while my kids are home. I will be back on January 2nd!!!!

Have the most wonderful holiday season. I'll see you back here in 2023 and can't wait to celebrate it with you.

From Our Family to Yours, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!!
