Friday Favorites

Hey friends. We made it to Friday. It has been a gorgeous fun week with some hiccups along the way. Ella decided to inform me that we have a long 3 days weekend, they have off Monday. The actually have off the next 4 Mondays. Do your kids have crazy school schedules for the next few weeks too?

Time for some Friday Favorites with these lovely ladies: Erika, and Andrea.

~ ONE ~

Brian and I had a much needed date night. We started at a local brewery for appetizer and a drink. Then we went to Yard House for dinner.

The kids were so excited to have a sleepover at Grandma's and they were very well behaved on not on their tablets the whole time.

~ TWO ~

Anna requested her hair to be like Elsa and wanted one braid.

~ THREE ~

This week I made sourdough discard bagels from Acts of Sourdough. If you are interested in sourdough but it seems way to complicated, Courtney makes easy to follow and comes up with the best recipes. I follow her on Instagram

~ FOUR ~

We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the weather. Austin has baseball tryouts this weekend so we have been practicing baseball, Austin is always playing baseball, and the kids rode their bikes.

~ FIVE ~

I love that we have a playground in walking distance. If my kids had the choice they would go there everyday.

~ SIX ~

My little tree climbers. This is where they were hiding, they thought no one could see them.

  1. That's nice you have a long weekend coming up. We don't have any time off until right before Easter which starts spring break. Hope you have a great weekend!

  2. Yep, funny enough Alec had this Friday, then he will have next Friday and the Friday after that off... then it might even be spring break by then. It looks like a fun week though!

  3. The date night sounds lovely and what fun for the kids to have a sleepover at Grandma's. Those bagels look so good and how wonderful to spend so much time outside.
