Earlier this week I was made an delicious simple slow cooker chicken with fresh green beans and brown rice. My kids even asked for seconds. This will be made again. This would also be great with nachos, on tacos, or on a salad.
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken
1 can corn (drained)
1 can black beans (drained
3 cups salsa of your choice
1/4 onion diced
1 tbsp minced garlic
Directions:
1- Place all ingredients in crockpot on low for 6 -8 hours.
2- Stir, shred chicken with a fork. Let cook for another 30 minutes.
3- Serve and Enjoy!!!!
