Happy Fall. The chill is in the air, the leaves are changing, and Halloween is right around the corner. We grabbed a bunch of fun, cute Halloween themed books. We ended up reading them numerous times as my kids love to read. I am sharing with you our book haul in hopes to add a few new titles to your collection.

 Hey friends. It is finally starting to feel like fall. Ohio had an abnormally warm September. I am ready for the chilly mornings and change of the leaves. Last month I decorated for Fall and Halloween. It was later in the month than I had wanted to so I just did both. After Halloween, the Halloween decorations will come down and I will leave up fall decorations and add a few things for Thanksgiving. 

I am so proud of myself. I did not buy any new decorations this year. I actually got rid of a bunch that I never use, or were broken. I will try and link what I can. A lot of random decorations are from Dollar Tree, old, or I have no idea where I bought. The candles in our house are all from Kirklands. (I shop them on sale)

We ended up reading them numerous times as Anna loves to read. I am sharing with you our book haul in hopes to add a few new titles to your collection.

Hey loves. We finally got outside to decorate for Halloween. Brian has been ripping out some landscaping, planting grass, moving rocks, getting a back patio and more outside projects that put a hold on decorating. Between schedules and the weather we have gotten pretty much everything done that we are going to be doing this year, (at least I think we are done for now). With that means I dragged down the Halloween outdoor decorations from the attic and got to decorating. Welcome lets take a look.

 Hey loves. There is a chill in the air and I have decorated the inside of the house for Fall and Halloween. We have not done outside yet because we are working on pulling out our flower beds and redoing them to our taste. After Halloween I will take down all the Halloween decorations, leave up the fall and add some Thanksgiving decor as we are host Thanksgiving dinner again this year. 

This year I ended up buying a bunch of new cute decorations from the Dollar Tree, way more than I realized. I also grabbed a few random things from Target Dollar Spot. All our fall candles are from Kirklands. I am still getting a feel for our house, this is only the second year decorating for Halloween. I took these pictures when I first decorated and some have magically been rehomed by little fingers.

 Hey loves. I don't know about where you live but here in northern Ohio it isn't feeling like hot sticky summer. We have had a lot of rain, gloomy days, and temps in the low 70s. All this has me itching for all things fall and pumpkin. I want to curl up with a cozy blanket, burn a pumpkin candle, drinking some hot tea (or maybe a good wine) and reading on my kindle. I have been browsing (and buying) all the fall and Halloween stuff. I have made the mistake previous years saying I will go back later and buy something and then it is gone. Let's see what I have my eye on this season.

 Hey loves. Anna has been asking to paint. Everyday she wants to paint something. I finally caved and planned a fun Halloween craft for her to do. I thought this cute bat finger paint craft would be perfect for her. She loves to paint and get messy. It was so easy and she didn't need much help, just supervision. 

 Halloween is right around the corner. We are over here picking out costumes, and planning all the fun. The fall festivals and trunk or treats have already started too. No one wants to start off the Holiday season with an accident. Today I am sharing some Halloween safety tips that have been on my mind.

Hey loves. Happy first official day of Fall, y'all. I am here waiting for fall weather to come back. Today's temps are in the 80s. Can we go back to the 60s and lower 70s. I was enjoying the a/c being off and the windows open. The last few days the humidity has been in the 90s too making it sticky outside.

Today I am sharing with you some cute fall and Halloween finds that I either already have or want. 

Apparel

 Hey loves. Happy Friday. Halloween was already to weeks ago, things have been crazy and I haven't gotten the chance to recap it. How was your Halloween weekend? 

 We had such a fun Halloween week throwing in little bits of Halloween fun everyday. This year has ruined a lot of different things we had planned, from vacations to play dates, to fall festials and more. I wanted to bring some excitement and happy memories to 2020 for my kids, my family, and myself. Our fun started on Sunday and went to Halloween on Saturday.

 This year is just so strange to say the least. Normally by this time of the month we would have already been to a pumpkin patch and pumpkins would be sitting on my front porch. This year I don't have pumpkins, I have mums that are dying. We are trying to keep in the spirit and some normalcy even though I really just want to decorate for Christmas. Plus we also have a kitchen remodel still going on, it has been going on since January. We are hopefully in the home stretch. There is still a deck in the process of being repainted and a few finishing touches needed done in the basement and bathroom. Maybe all this clutter is also what is flogging my brain.

OK No more rambling. Lets see some Halloween House decor. This is not everything inside, but you will get the idea of our fun. I did do some outside but we have had some strong winds that knocked some stuff over and a witches hat flew away. I will redecorate all that soon.
