Hey friends. September flew by. My personal goal for the month was to read 10 books. I missed my goal. I only hit 9 books. So much other things going on and I seem to be crashing at night and not spending as much time reading. So far this year I have read 89 books. My goal for the year is 150. To hit the goal for the next 3 months I would have to read 20 ish books each month. That is not going to happen and I am ok with that. I don't want to read just to hit a number. I want to read because I enjoy reading.

Hey friends. I am back with book monthly book reviews. I set my goal at the beginning of the year to read 150 books. 7 months in and I have only read 70. That would mean for the next 5 months I would have to read 16 books each month. I honestly don't see my goal being reached but I am not going to change it or get discouraged. I read because I enjoy it, not just to check something off a list.

Hey friends. Summer is here. This week in Northern Ohio temps are in the upper 90s so it is very hot. My kids and I went to our local library last week and grabbed some fun summer themed books, as well as some fun camping themed books, and 2 outdoor cooking books. One of the books had a fun fruit salad we made, my kids loved, and I am sharing that as well.
