Planksgiving Challenge

Can you believe that the holiday's are right around the corner. This year may not be the same for everyone but sometimes a change is good. Like I am excited stores are closed on Thanksgivings again and workers can spend the day with their loved ones, eating lots of food. I am also looking forward to a more relax holiday season with less running around.

Who’s ready for a Planksgiving challenge? If your goal is to work on your abs, quads, and arms-this challenge is for you! Planks are an amazing exercise because they target multiple muscle groups in just one move. It doesn't matter if you are new to planks or a pro this challenge is for you. And it is only a few minutes a day.

5 Day Spring Cleaning Challenge

Spring is here in full force. The birds are chirping, the weather is warming up, rain is falling, flowers are starting to bloom, and the days are getting longer. Spring Break is finally here for us, but Ella is away for vacation with her father. For me that means no schedule and lots of free time and one on one time with Austin. I am going to be productive and force myself to start nesting some and get this house cleaned. Here comes:

Gratitude Challenge

Can you believe it is almost November already. I am excited for a somewhat slower month ahead. I maybe ready for all things Christmas but November is still the month for Thanksgivings, being thankful, and showing gratitude. Every year during November I try to show more gratitude and share it. Last month I started as part of the 90 Day Challenge that Rachel Hollis is hosting, I have been writing down three things I am grateful for every morning.

No Spend September

I declared September: No Spend September. After realizing I was spending way to much money in preparation for our Disney vacation in August I needed to get my spending in check. Here are the rules:

September Challenges

Can you believe that September is this Saturday already? This year is really flying by. (I know I say that a lot), I have decided I need to switch some things up in my life. For the month of September I am going to be hosting two different challenges and I am inviting you to join me. #12daysofDresstember and #nospendseptwithAdrienne

Last year I participated in the #10daysofDresstember hosted by a wonderful blogger who is no longer blogging. I loved the idea and the chance to wear clothes that just hang in my closet. All summer I haven't worn anything really dress unless we had a date night. I have way more clothes in my wardrobe then just tank tops and shorts.
