April Goals

April Showers Bring May Flowers

Oh I hope it is true. We already have lots of rain, snow, and weird weather in our forecast. Today is supposed to be in the upper 60's but raining/storming all day. Then tomorrow we are supposed to have snow. Good ol' Ohio weather. 

Last month I started back up with doing monthly goals. I have them written on and posted on my fridge as a reminder these are things I want to achieve this month. Looking back I completed half my goals. I will take that as a win. This month is already crazy hectic with Spring Break, mini getaway with the kids, and Brian and I adults vacation. I am limiting this months goals since I already know it will be chaotic.

Healthy and Fitness:
Continue 5am Workouts
Weekly Step Goal 60,000
Drink 70oz of water a day

Organize Bowls
Start Clearing Out Office
Make Master Cleaning List

Start Planning Family Vacation
Get A Massage

My health and fitness was a fail. I started off strong then took a jump off the deep end and never found my way back to the top. This month I am being more realistic and trying to make it a lifestyle instead of just a "diet" or "countdown of days"

Goals for April:

Health and Fitness:
- track food
- 60,000 steps a week
- 70 oz of water
- complete the LSF Spring Challenge
- 30 day plank challenge

- Clean kids toys in basement
- organize extra kitchen stuff

- Eye Appointments
- Plan Happy Project
- Family Game night
- Family movie night
- try one new recipe a week
- start planning a budget
