One Pan Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 head broccoli chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tbps EVOO 
  • 1 cup cubed pineapple
  • salt

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut up chicken into bite size pieces and place in large bowl. Toss in teriyaki sauce and cubed pineapple. 
  3. Arrange chicken in a single layer on half of baking sheet.
  4. Toss broccoli with EVOO and salt.
  5. Arrange broccoli on other half of baking sheet.
  6. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken to thoroughly cooked. Flip half way.
  7. Serve.
  8. Enjoy!
