One Pan Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 head broccoli chopped
- 1 1/2 Tbps EVOO
- 1 cup cubed pineapple
- salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut up chicken into bite size pieces and place in large bowl. Toss in teriyaki sauce and cubed pineapple.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer on half of baking sheet.
- Toss broccoli with EVOO and salt.
- Arrange broccoli on other half of baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes or until chicken to thoroughly cooked. Flip half way.
- Serve.
- Enjoy!
