~ WHAT I AM EATING THIS WEEK ~
I made a dinner menu this week. We haven't stuck to it at all. Monday night the kids didn't want what I had planned so we had pierogi's and sausage. Tuesday we forgot to pull the fish from the freezer. Instead we got take out that was gross. Here is what my original menu was

~ WHAT I AM REMINISCING ABOUT ~
Three years ago we were on vacation in Michigan staying at a hotel right on the beach. I am dreaming of the beach or any vacation for that matter.
How is Audrianna a year old already
~ WHAT I AM LOVING ~
I am loving this new workout program I started that uses Bod ropes also known as indoor jump ropes. It is fun, short work outs but boy am I sweating afterwards and feel it the next day.
Brian has been making light summery dinners of grill protein (here is fish) a bed of lettuce with a side of bean salad he also makes. I could eat it every night.
I have been adding a collagen to my daily shakes. My nails are getting so long and thick. Plus I am not losing as much hair.
These 3. I love them each for their own reasons. But I love this photo where they are all 3 looking at the camera and smiling.
~ WHAT WE HAVE BEEN UP TO ~
Austin had kidney/bladder surgery a month ago.
We had our basement waterproofed from the inside. OMG the mess of cement dust everywhere. You thing you wiped something clean then you look again and it is still dusty.
Audrianna turned 1. We had a family birthday party to celebrate.
Austin turned 5. We had a small family party. The plan is to do something bigger for a belated birthday present since he was on restriction from surgery on his birthday and for his party.

~ WHAT I AM DREADING ~
Back to school. All the unknowns. Our school hasn't finalized their decisions for the upcoming year. I am mentally prepared for Ella to go back part time and do virtual learning. I am hoping this time around the virtual learning she can do herself and can actually learn something.
~ WHAT I AM WORKING ON ~
We started sleep training Audrianna this past weekend based on ideas that her pediatrician gave us. This momma needs a good 6 hours of straight sleep and to get back a schedule and morning routine for myself.
I have been staying consistent and committed to my health and fitness journey. Staying active and eating to fuel my body.
~ WHAT I AM WATCHING ~
I have been watching a lot more TV with being stuck in the house since Austin's surgery. I have watched a few new Netflix Series that I loved
They just recently announced that Sweet Magnolias has been picked up for a second season. I am so excited and can't wait.

~ WHAT WE ARE DOING THIS WEEKEND ~
This upcoming weekend is my weekend to have Ella. We will probably get donuts and go to the park one day. We are also working on finishing putting back together our basement after it got waterproofed.
~ WHAT I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT MONTH ~
Austin's restrictions from surgery have been lifted. I am looking forward to being able to do stuff as a family, bike rides, family walks, more time outside, kids playing in the pool... The things summer is all about.

It seems we are all worried/dread the upcoming school decisions! It will all be okay in the end, somehow!
