We made this Crock Pot Banana Oatmeal the other week for the first time. I actually did a double batch because I used my bigger crock pot that is digital and has a warm feature incase I didn't get up in the 8 hours to turn it off. My smaller crock pot just has a high low dial. Ella really liked it that she had leftover reheated the whole week.
Crock Pot Banana Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 2 cups oats
- 4 cups almond milk
- 2 cups of water
- 2 bananas sliced thin
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
Directions:
- In a crockpot, add oats, almond milk, water, bananas, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir together.
- Cook on low for 8 hours
- When done cooking, usually in the morning, add the maple syrup.
- Serve warm
- Enjoy
