Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Soup

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 8 oz chicken broth
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 16 oz bag of frozen mixed veggeis
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • garlic powder
  • salt pepper

  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker. 
  2. Cook on low 6-8 hours
  3. Remove chicken and shred. Stir chicken back in crock pot. Cook for another 20 minutes. 
  4. Serve
  5. Enjoy!!!
