Favorite Shake

 I get asked all the time what I put in my shakes that I drink daily, and Audrianna steals daily. I am sharing today my current mix. 




I have recently added in the spinach. It doesn't change the flavor, just the texture and color. I have been using regular peanut butter instead of powdered PB2 because it is what we have on hand. I only use a half of a frozen banana.



My Favorite Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vegan Cafe Latte Shakeology
  • 8 oz  water
  • 8 oz unsweetened original almond milk
  • 1 scoop Beachbody collogen
  • 1 tsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients in a high power blender.
  2. Blend for 60 seconds or until smooth
  3. Serve immediately
  4. Enjoy!!!
