Ingredients:
- 4 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups milk
- 4 oz Velvetta cheese
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
Directions:
- In a large pot, cook macaroni per directions on the box.
- While macaroni is cooking...
- In a medium pan, add heavy cream, milk, Velvetta cheese, and cheddar cheese over medium heat, stir frequently so mixture doesn't burn.
- Once all cheese is melted add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Taste and adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Drain pasta and add back to pot. Pour cheese mixture over pasta and mix well.
- Serve
