Ingredients:
- 8 oz almond milk
- 8 oz water
- 1/2 frozen banana (if you banana isn't frozen add ice to recipe)
- 1 cup spinach (I promise you won't taste it)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Vegan Vanilla Shakeology)
- 1/4 tsp mint extract
- green food coloring (optional)
- Whip cream and sprinkles for topping (optional)
Directions:
- Add milk, water, banana, spinach, protein powder, mint extract, and green food coloring to blender.
- Blend well.
- Pour into glass.
- Top with whip cream and sprinkles
- Serve
