Healthy Shamrock Shake


  • 8 oz almond milk
  • 8 oz water
  • 1/2 frozen banana (if you banana isn't frozen add ice to recipe)
  • 1 cup spinach (I promise you won't taste it)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Vegan Vanilla Shakeology)
  • 1/4 tsp mint extract
  • green food coloring (optional)
  • Whip cream and sprinkles for topping (optional)


  1. Add milk, water, banana, spinach, protein powder, mint extract, and green food coloring to blender. 
  2. Blend well.
  3. Pour into glass.
  4. Top with whip cream and sprinkles
  5. Serve
  6. Enjoy!!!!
