Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 Tbsp EVOO
  • 1 Tbsp liquid amminos
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced

Directions:
  1. Mix all together. 
  2. Cover and place in fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Serve
  4. Enjoy!!!
