Happy Monday!!! Switching things up for the summer. Instead of my meal plans posting on Sunday they are now on Monday. Here's what we have planned for dinner this week.
Monday - Swenson's (school PTA event)
Tuesday - Ice Cream (last day of school) and Tacos
Wednesday - Philly Eggrolls
Thursday - Grilled Chicken Salad
Friday - Local Take Out
Saturday - Grilled Shrimp Skewers
Sunday- Steak stir fry
