Italian Chicken Sheet Pan
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken, skinless boneless
- 2 Tbsp EVOO, split
- 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning, split
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder, split
- handful green beans,
- 6 small red skin potatoes, diced
- salt/pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking sheet with EVOO or cover with foil.
- Cut up red potatoes and place in large bowl. Add green beans. Top with half the the EVOO. Stir half of Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt/pepper.
- Drop potatoes and green beans onto baking sheet.
- Add diced chicken to bowl that potatoes were in. Add the rest of EVOO, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt/pepper. Stir.
- Dump chicken onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Top with shredded cheddar. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve
