 Italian Chicken Sheet Pan

  • 1 lb chicken, skinless boneless
  • 2 Tbsp EVOO, split
  • 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning, split
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder, split
  • handful green beans, 
  • 6 small red skin potatoes, diced
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking sheet with EVOO or cover with foil.
  2. Cut up red potatoes and place in large bowl. Add green beans. Top with half the the EVOO. Stir half of Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt/pepper.
  3. Drop potatoes and green beans onto baking sheet.
  4. Add diced chicken to bowl that potatoes were in. Add the rest of EVOO, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt/pepper. Stir.
  5. Dump chicken onto baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar. Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve
