 Italian Meatballs


  • 1 lb ground turkey or chicken
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • salt/pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Lightly spray foil with EVOO.
  2. In a medium skillet, add onion, and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
  3. In a large bowl combine, ground meat, onion mixture, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Italian seasoning, Parmesan and salt/pepper.
  4. Place 1 inch meatballs on baking sheet.
  5. Bake 15 minutes. 
  6. Serve as desired
