Loaded Apple Nachos
Ingredients:
- apple
- 3 strawberries
- 1 Tbsp nutella or peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 Tbsp yogurt, flavor of your choice
Directions:
- Cut apple into slices. Throw away core of apple.
- Arrange apple slices on a small plate.
- Cut strawberries into slices. Throw away green tops
- Arrange strawberries on top of apples on plate.
- Place nutella/pb in a small glass bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds or until nutella is thin. Drizzle nutella using a spoon over apples and strawberries.
- Drizzle yogurt using a spoon.
- Top with shredded coconut
- Serve
