 Loaded Apple Nachos

Ingredients:

  • apple
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp nutella or peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 Tbsp yogurt, flavor of your choice

Directions:

  1. Cut apple into slices. Throw away core of apple.
  2. Arrange apple slices on a small plate.
  3. Cut strawberries into slices. Throw away green tops
  4. Arrange strawberries on top of apples on plate.
  5. Place nutella/pb in a small glass bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds or until nutella is thin. Drizzle nutella using a spoon over apples and strawberries.
  6. Drizzle yogurt using a spoon.
  7. Top with shredded coconut
  8. Serve
  9. Enjoy!!!
