Hey loves. Happy Tuesday. It has been a long weekend and a short week ahead. I am in all the winter comfort food feels, but also want to stay on track with my health goals. Here's what I had for dinner in the past week and a sneak peak of what's in the week ahead.
Saturday-

Brian's chili and moist corn breadMonday -
Aldi's heart cheese bread (I thought it was pizza) with marinara dipping sauce, and a salad
Tuesday - Chicken tacos that I forgot to take pictures of
Trader Joes Orange Chicken with sauted veggies (asparagus, broccoli, green beans, and carrots)
We got a new Clean Eatz restaurant near us. They have sit down, pre-prepped, ordering, and weekly meal prep. We tried them for dinner and was very impressed. I got salmon with quinoa/kale, broccoli, carrots, and edamame with a sweet chili sauce. Brian got a turkey burger with sweet potato fries. We also got the kids food that they liked too.
