Protein Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops Cafe Latte Shakeology or any protein powder
- 1/4 cup local honey
- 1 cup nut butter (I used sunflower seed butter from Trader Joes)
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together.
- With hands roll into 1 inch balls.
- Serve
- Enjoy
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
