Hey loves. Easter is just around the corner, less than a month away on Sunday April 17th. It will be here before we know it. I have already started planning and shopping for the kids Easter baskets.
Previous years baskets have been themed. Books, Soccer, Rain Gear, Outdoor Fun, etc, Some years I have went crazy with what the kids got, others years have been toned back. This year We are doing a big gift and a few small things. Ella and Austin are sharing a moveable basketball hoop and Anna is getting a scooter. They will also get a few small things in their baskets.
They will NOT be getting any candy from us. We still have candy from Christmas and Valentine's day that magically is disappearing. (I just recently threw away all the Halloween candy they didn't eat). I am not complaining they are eating all the candy, I just am not going to buy something they are not going to eat.
Here are some ideas to put in Easter Baskets that are not candy:
- Easter Rubber Duckies
- Lego Easter Bunny
- Sticky Mitt Catch
- Kids Binoculars
- Kids Gardening Set
- Mini Pop Its
- Egg stuffed Lego People
- Butterfly Binoculars
- 120 piece Sidewalk Chalk
- Easter Squishy
What are your plans for Easter this year?
