May Intentions

Hey loves. Happy May. It is hard to believe my kids have 23 days of school left (not counting weekends). If you can't tell we have started the countdown. Actually their school did and are doing different fun activities everyday such as bring a stuffed animal, bubbles day, and pajamas day. We are full swing over here sport mom mode with three sports going on and crazy schedules. I can't imagine what it will be like when I have a third one start activities and when the clubs start back up at school next year. 

With the end of April concluded and May in full swing lets take a look at our intentions for the month. This month part of my goal is to prepare for summer and having the kids home. 

Let's take a look back at April Goals

April Goals:

  • Read 5 books- yes
  • start deleting photos/video from google photos - yes
  • Have a friends date- yes
  • Have a date with Brian- yes
  • Complete 4 week gut protocol nutrition- yes
  • Complete 4 weeks for everybody workout- yes
  • Start new devotional- yes
  • Continue 100 days to brave with Ella- not really we have only done 6 days in total
  • Celebrate Easter - yes
  • go for walks at least once a week- no weather sucked
  • Start packing list for Vacation- no
  • Start ideas to do on vacation- yes
  • family game night- yes
  • family movie night- yes richie rich
  • fun lunch - yes

  • Sell toys in basement - no
  • Start organizing garage - yes
  • Finish Spring Cleaning Calendar- yes
  • finish mudroom- yes
  • finish taking wallpaper down in small bathroom- no
  • figure out what clothes kids need for summer- yes

April Goals:

  • read 5 books
  • listen to 1 book
  • read 1 personal development book
  • start new devotional
  • start back up 430 morning routine 3x a week 
  • cycle 6 days a week (even if only for 10 minutes) goal on bike is 200 miles
  • start 20 minute a day workout program that is 5 days a week
  • get photo library on phone to 15,000 (currently 16,979)
  • get a haircut

  • Date with Brian and I
  • Girls Date
  • Date with Austin and Mom
  • Go for a family walk at least 1x a week
  • Family movie night
  • Family game night
  • Host Mother's Day brunch
  • make packing list for vacation
  • discuss who is taking what on vacation with parents
  • schedule dentist appointments

  • finish spare bathroom
  • make room for new exercise bike
  • start preparing basement for demo

Health and Wellness Business:
  • Help 3 women start their health and wellness journey in the virtual wellness community
  • Help 2 women start a health and wellness business
