 Crispy Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

• 4 russet potatoes
• EVOO
• salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Clean potatoes and remove all dirt. Lightly dry.
3. Rub EVOO over potatoes
4. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt
5. Bake for about 30 minutes. 
6. Serve
7. Enjoy!!!!
