Crockpot Cheeseburger Macaroni
Ingredients:
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 4 cups veggie stock
- 3 cups cheddar cheese
- 12 oz bag cauliflower rice
- 12 oz bag broccoli bites
- 16oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
Directions:
- In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain grease and add to crockpot.
- Add onion, seasoning, and veggie stock. Stir to combine. Add cauliflower rice and broccoli bites
- Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving stir in uncooked pasta. Cook until pasta is desired consistency.
- Stir in cheese until melted.
- Serve
