Hey loves. Happy Monday. How was your weekend? We had a somewhat relaxed weekend but also had a little fall fun. We are on a mission to use the food we have in our deep freezer, which is stuffed.
Monday - Chicken sausage with protein pasta, peppers, tomatoes, spinach, and nutritional yeast (cheese for everyone else)
Tuesday - Ground Turkey, black beans, onions, avocado, salsa, nutritional yeast (everyone else cheese and tacos)
Wednesday - Tilapia with broccoli and rice/quinoa blend
Thursday - Leftovers
Friday - Local Take Out
Saturday - Freezer Soup

Ahh! I ran my freezer down and then got a shopping delivery over the weekend to fill it back up, it should last us now until Christmas when I buy all the party food and meat!
