Lemon Parmesan Tilapia

Ingredients:

  • tilapia filets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • sprinkle of salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • lemon juice


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking dish by lightly spraying with EVOO.
  2. In a shallow bowl mix Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder salt and pepper.
  3. In a small microwave safe dish, melt butter. Stir in lemon juice
  4. Pat fish dry. Brush butter mixture over fish on both sides then coat in Parmesan mixture. 
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes
  6. Serve
  7. Enjoy
