Lemon Parmesan Tilapia
Ingredients:
- tilapia filets
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- sprinkle of salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp butter
- lemon juice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking dish by lightly spraying with EVOO.
- In a shallow bowl mix Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder salt and pepper.
- In a small microwave safe dish, melt butter. Stir in lemon juice
- Pat fish dry. Brush butter mixture over fish on both sides then coat in Parmesan mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- Serve
