Vegan No Bake Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 overripe banana, smashed
- 3/4 cup peanut butter, smooth
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 scoops vegan chocolate protein powder (I used Shakeology)
Directions
- Line 8x8 pan with foil
- In a bowl mix with a clean hand (lightly spray hand with EVOO so it doesn't stick) banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and protein powder.
- Press chocolate mixture evenly into prepared pan.
- Cover with foil and refrigerate for an hour for brownie to set.
- Serve
- Enjoy!!!!
