 Vegan No Bake Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 overripe banana, smashed
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter, smooth
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops vegan chocolate protein powder (I used Shakeology)


Directions 

  1. Line 8x8 pan with foil
  2. In a bowl mix with a clean hand (lightly spray hand with EVOO so it doesn't stick) banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and protein powder.
  3. Press chocolate mixture evenly into prepared pan. 
  4. Cover with foil and refrigerate for an hour for brownie to set.
  5. Serve
  6. Enjoy!!!!
