Hamburger Helper with Hidden Veggies
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 head of broccoli, chopped
- 12 bag of frozen cauliflower rice
- salt/pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 10 oz chickpea pasta
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
Directions:
- In a medium stockpot boil pasta per directions on the box.
- In a large skillet brown meat.
- Add broccoli and onion to a food processor to chop finely.
- Add broccoli, onion, and cauliflower rice to meat. Cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic powder, chili powder, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
- Stir in drained cooked pasta.
- Stir in yogurt and cheese.
- Serve
