Dinner Menu Monday Week 147

Hey loves. Last week I went back to eating what I know makes me feel good. We are all guilty of eating foods that we know are the best for us or make us feel crappy. I forgot to share my meal plan last week it was a hectic week, so I am sharing What I Ate and our menu for next week. 


What I Ate:
Monday- Salmon with brown rice and zucchini chips
Tuesday- Pulled pork tacos
Wednesday- Portobello Mushroom Burgers with fries and salad
Thursday- Chicken with noodles and steamable veggies
Friday- Sushi
Saturday- birthday dinner - pizza
Sunday- grilled shrimp Salad

This Week

Monday - Skillet lasagna, and i will have zoodles with a little sauce

Tuesday - Chicken burrito bowls

Wednesday - Honey shrimp stir fry

Thursday - Leftovers

Friday - Takeout

Saturday - Homemade pizza

Sunday - Pork Chops
