Lemon Garlic Salmon
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- salt/pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut two pieces of foil big enough to make a pocket around your salmon.
- Place salmon in foil. Season with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice and garlic powder. Wrap foil around salmon to seal as a pocket.
- Back for 13-15 minutes. (internal temp 145 degrees)
- Serve
