 Apple BBQ Chicken Wrap

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 large apple or two small, grated 
  • 12 oz BBQ sauce
  • wraps
  • desired toppings

  1. In a slow cooker, add chicken, apple juice, and onion. 
  2. Grate apple with a cheese grater over top chicken. Add 3/4 of the bottle of BBQ sauce.
  3. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Once chicken is done, remove chicken from slow cooker and some sauce. Shred with mixer or two forks. 
  5. Add extra bbq sauce.
  6. Spread down middle of wrap. Add desired toppings, we did lettuce, tomato, and avocado. 
  7. Serve
  8. Enjoy!!!!
