 Garlic and Herb Grilled Shrimp Skewers


  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 TBSP EVOO 
  • 1 lemon, juice o
  • 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbs parsley
  • salt/pepper


  1. In a large bowl (or plastic bag) add raw thawed shrimp. 
  2. Add in remaining ingredients. 
  3. Stir or shake to evenly coat shrimp
  4. Let sit for 15 minutes to an hour 
  5. Preheat grill.
  6. Thread shrimp on to skewers
  7. Cook skewers on grill, 3 minutes per side. 
  8. Serve
  9. Enjoy!!!
