Garlic and Herb Grilled Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 TBSP EVOO
- 1 lemon, juice o
- 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbs parsley
- salt/pepper
Directions:
- In a large bowl (or plastic bag) add raw thawed shrimp.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Stir or shake to evenly coat shrimp
- Let sit for 15 minutes to an hour
- Preheat grill.
- Thread shrimp on to skewers
- Cook skewers on grill, 3 minutes per side.
- Serve
