 Pumpkin Cafe Latte Smoothie


  • 8 oz water
  • 8 oz coconut milk (or other milk alternative)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop cafe latte protein powder (I use shakeology
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp milled flax seed
  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree 
topped with mocha cold foam and pumpkin pie spice

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Top with desired toppings
  4. Enjoy!!
