 Baked Acorn Squash

Ingredients:

  • 2 Acorn Squash
  • EVOO
  • Salt


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prep baking sheet with foil.
  2. Slice squash in half length wise, I also like to cut off the top. Scoop out seeds and pulp and discard.
  3. Drizzle with EVOO and salt. Lay squash cut side down on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until tender.
  5. Serve
  6. Enjoy!!!!
