Ingredients:
- 2 Acorn Squash
- EVOO
- Salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prep baking sheet with foil.
- Slice squash in half length wise, I also like to cut off the top. Scoop out seeds and pulp and discard.
- Drizzle with EVOO and salt. Lay squash cut side down on baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until tender.
- Serve
