 Shrimp Power Bowl


  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked per directions on package
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • avocado, diced
  • tomato, diced
  • shrimp 
  • EVOO
  • salt/pepper/ garlic powder


  1. Cook quinoa per directions on package.
  2. In a skillet, cook shrimp until pink. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
  3. In a pan heat black beans and chickpeas. 
  4. Add all items to bowl.
  5. Serve
  6. enjoy!!!
