Hey friends. We finally had a somewhat normal week. My kids were back to school and meals went as planned. It only took two months for us get there.
Breakfast
Eggs with spinach, tomatoes and cheese. Sourdough bread with avocado and everything but the bagel seasoning.
Egg sandwich with sourdough sandwich bread. I normally don't like egg sandwiches on regular bread. I really liked it on this sourdough bread and was nice and soft.
Lunch
Monday lunch before I went shopping and prepared for the week. Leftover diced potatoes (not pictures dipped in ketchup) and a chicken sausage I cooked in the microwave.
The rest of the week I had leftover Slow Cooker Sausage Tortellini Soup
Dinner
Sunday- we hosted Brian's moms birthday party. Brian made slow cooker short ribs, mash potatoes and salad.
Monday- slow cooker tomato sausage tortellini
Tuesday- pineapple shrimp tacos. I cooked some diced pineapple and the juice with the shrimp in a skillet
Wednesday- Chicken Stir fry
Thursday- leftover
Friday- hot dogs at the Cleveland Monster's Hockey game
Saturday- freezer soup
