 Caprese Pasta Salad


  • 1/2 lb pasta of your choice
  • 1 cup Italian dressing, or more to your liking
  • 1 cup cherry totatoes
  • 1 cup fresh mozerella, diced into bite size
  • 2 large basil leaves
  • salt / pepper


  1. Cook pasta according to direction on the box.
  2. Drain pasta and let pasta cool.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate at least two hours before serving. Taste test to see if more Italian dressing is needed. 
  5. Serve.
  6. Enjoy.
