Caprese Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb pasta of your choice
- 1 cup Italian dressing, or more to your liking
- 1 cup cherry totatoes
- 1 cup fresh mozerella, diced into bite size
- 2 large basil leaves
- salt / pepper
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to direction on the box.
- Drain pasta and let pasta cool.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate at least two hours before serving. Taste test to see if more Italian dressing is needed.
- Serve.
- Enjoy.
