Halloween is for my kids. At the ages they are at I take them out trick or treating. 

2- Favorite Fall Traditions?

Visiting my sister in laws farm. We help take care of the chickens, relax, and visit a pumpkin patch.

3- Milkyway or Snickers? Starburst or Skittles?

Snickers and Skittles.  But really my favorite is a Kit Kat. 

4- Trick or treat or host a party?

Both this year. Our two neighbor families are coming over for pizza and nuggets while we get everyone ready for Trick or Treating. Then we will all go out as a group. 

5- Hand out candy or go with trick or treaters?

Go with trick or treaters. Maybe in 8 or so years I will be able to hand out candy. My youngest is 5 and she isn't going out by herself yet. 

6- Do you Trick or Treat on October 31st or a different day?

Our city (and most of the cities around us) have trick or treating on Halloween. This year we also have off on November 1st for the end of the grading period and the teachers have a work day.

7- Do you decorate for Halloween?

8- What do you do with leftover Halloween candy?

First we go through the candy that the kids get from trick or treating making sure everything is safe and unopened. Then the kids pick out what candy they will eat and what they wont. We put all the candy that we do eat in a community bowl, and the rest go in a bag that Brian takes to work. 

9- What are your trick or treat hours?

6pm to 8pm, usually the last half hour there are barely any kids.

10- What do you have for dinner on Halloween?

Usually we do jack-o-lantern quesadilla's or mummy dogs. This year we are getting together with friends and doing pizza and nuggets.
