 Slow Cooker Sausage Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 pepper, diced (I used yellow and red)
  • 28 oz diced seasoned tomatoes
  • 2 15 oz cans mild chili beans
  • 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
  • salt/pepper

Directions:

  1. On the stove in a skillet over medium heat, brown sausage. Break apart while cooking.
  2. Place liner in slow cooker. 
  3. Add browned ground sausage to slow cooker.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and stir.
  5. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings.
  7. Enjoy!!!!
