Slow Cooker Sausage Chili
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 pepper, diced (I used yellow and red)
- 28 oz diced seasoned tomatoes
- 2 15 oz cans mild chili beans
- 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- salt/pepper
Directions:
- On the stove in a skillet over medium heat, brown sausage. Break apart while cooking.
- Place liner in slow cooker.
- Add browned ground sausage to slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and stir.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
