Hey loves. It is finally February. January felt like 657 days long and did not go as planned. I don't think my kids had a full week of school at all for the month, from snow days, freeze days, holidays, and sick days. February isn't starting off well either with the stomach bug going around our house. I know I didn't do to well with my goals for January. Let's jump in recapping January and making some new goals for February. (yes I know it is already the 11, if that is telling you how this month is already going).
January Goals
Personal:
- Workout 20x - no
- 10,000 steps 3 days a week- no

- Sleep 7+ hours each night- yes
- Stop eating because I am bored- yes
- Skincare routine morning and night- yes

- 1 personal development - yes

- Finish Truth Unchanging- yes
- Start Breathe Mama Breathe- forgot not a devotional but still love the book
