Hey loves. We are working on getting into a new healthy productive routine. Mother Nature can't decide what the heck season we are in. Last week we had all four seasons in a 36 hour. I don't know to plan for grill meals or comfort soups again.

Here is what is planned for this weeks dinner:
Monday: Sourdough waffles and pancakes with sausage, also restocking the freezer
Tuesday: Beef Enchiladas
Wednesday: Salmon with mango salsa, broccoli and quinoa salad
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Sourdough Pizza
