 Salmon Asparagus Potatoes Sheet Pan

Ingredients:

  • Salmon Fillets (at least one per person)
  • asparagus, ends trimmed
  • red skin potatoes, diced
  • EVOO
  • Italian Herb seasoning
  • Garlic powder
  • salt/pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare sheet pan with foil or lightly spraying with EVOO
  2. In a bowl, add potatoes and asparagus. Drizzle with EVOO and season with salt and pepper
  3. Season salmon with Italian herb seasoning, garlic powder, and salt/pepper
  4. Arrange salmon, potatoes, and asparagus on sheet pan.
  5. Bake 15-20 minutes until potatoes and asparagus are tender and salmon is cooked.
  6. Serve
