Salmon Asparagus Potatoes Sheet Pan
Ingredients:
- Salmon Fillets (at least one per person)
- asparagus, ends trimmed
- red skin potatoes, diced
- EVOO
- Italian Herb seasoning
- Garlic powder
- salt/pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare sheet pan with foil or lightly spraying with EVOO
- In a bowl, add potatoes and asparagus. Drizzle with EVOO and season with salt and pepper
- Season salmon with Italian herb seasoning, garlic powder, and salt/pepper
- Arrange salmon, potatoes, and asparagus on sheet pan.
- Bake 15-20 minutes until potatoes and asparagus are tender and salmon is cooked.
- Serve
