Hey loves. Happy Mothers Day to all the ladies out there. I am hoping to have a restful day today, but we all know I am dreaming. Mom life never stops especially in Maycember. We are also hosting Mother's Day brunch today for our families. Sure I may not be cooking today, but I cleaned the house the last few days to prep for everyone coming over.
I am sharing a few tips that I am doing to help make life a little easier for the week ahead for all of us. All the things I normally do on Sunday to prep for the week I did on Friday and Saturday in hopes to getting some rest and relaxation and to enjoy Mother's Day.
1- Calendar- It is the start of baseball games. Every night this week there is something on the calendar. I don't need sitters this week just to prepare dinner earlier, have bags and snacks packed, outfits picked out etc.
2- Brain Dump- I am feeling a little overwhelmed with all the things. From my mile long to do list to school activities, work, summer schedules, planning vacations and camping trips, sports, etc. Write it all down, in no order just get it on paper. Then organize
3- Make Time for Me- Last Week I worked out 3x, this week my goal is 4x. I feel better and have more energy when I move my body in the morning.
