My favorite room in our house is our living room. It is the home of our house. The gathering zone, where so many memories have been made and so many more in the future, from fires to sleepovers, game nights, friends over, memorial memories for Brian's dads, ...
Our living room looks over the woods where we can watch the leaves and snow fall, the deer wonder through, plus squirrels chipmunks birds....
We do move our furniture around but I always find a place to curl up in the mornings and real my devotional and bible study.
The couch that has had endless hours of snuggling.
There is plenty of space on the floor to spread out and play games
or even get a workout done.
Our fireplace that has kept us warm on many very cold days, brings ambiance to the room, gives subtle light, and lots of memories.
My favorite time of year in our living room is Christmas when the lights are off and the only thing that is lit is the tree.
