Veggie and Cheese Egg Scramble
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 4 Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup cooked broccoli bites
- salt/pepper to taste
Directions:
- Crack eggs into medium mixing bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk with a fork until blended
- Spray skillet with no stick cooking spray over medium-low heat. Pour in egg mixture.
- Sprinkle top of eggs with cheese and broccoli.
- Using a spatula gently stir eggs as they thicken. Cook through 3-5 minutes
- Serve.
