Happy New Year. Hope you and your loved ones had a wonderful, safe, and healthy holiday season. We had a relaxing low key holiday. Now I am ready to get back into a schedule, new routine, and working towards my goals for the year. Tomorrow I am starting the Ultimate Portion Fix, using color coded containers. Lets look at our dinner menu for the week.




Monday
Chicken Stir Fry  with Brown Rice (red, green, yellow)

Tuesday
Beef Tacos (red, green, yellow, blue)

Wednesday
Hawaiian Pork Chops with Green Beans and Brown Rice (red, green, yellow, and purple)

Thursday
Burger Bites with Salad and Fries (red, green, yellow, blue)

Friday
Local Take out (red, green, yellow)

Saturday
Pumpkin Soup and Chicken Salad (purple, blue, red, green, orange
