Baked Chicken Tenders

 Family favorite. I prepped and baked these chicken tenders on a Sunday to have for lunches during the week. Store in fridge or freezer, pop in air fryer to heat and crisp up for delicious healthy lunches. 

Baked Chicken Tenders


  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 2 Tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 1 egg


  1. Preheat oven to 400 deggrees.
  2. Take two shallow dishes. Crack an egg add a splash of water or milk and whisk together in one dish. In the other dish add panko and everything bagel seasoning.
  3. Take chicken, coat in egg wash, followed by panko mixture. Place chicken on baking sheet. Repeat until all chicken it coated.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Chicken should have internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  5. Serve
  6. Enjoy
