Easy Pumpkin Coffeecake
Ingredients:
- 1 box of white cake mix
- 15oz can of pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Topping
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin spice
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup chopping nuts optional
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare two 8 inch round baking pan with baking spray or EVOO
- In a large bowl mix together cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, water and pumpkin pie spice.
- Spread half mixture into each baking pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, brown sugar, and pumpkin spice.
- Stir in butter.
- Add flour.
- Sprinkle topping over cakes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
- Serve
