Peppermint Mocha Latte
Ingredients:
- 12 oz almond or coconut milk
- 4 oz of espresso or coffee (I just have coffee at home)
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/3 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, warm coconut milk and espresso/coffee.
- Pour the warmed milk mixture into a mug.
- Add cocoa powder, peppermint extract, and maple syrup
- Using a frother, mix for about 30 seconds.
- Enjoy!!
